Back to School

After 20 years in the professional world, I'm embarking on an exciting new chapter: returning to school. It feels exhilarating and a little daunting all at once.

My initial foray into higher education involved a doctorate in physical therapy. While I dedicated three years to this demanding program while working full-time, I gradually found myself losing interest in medicine and struggling to find fulfillment in the corporate environment was was enjoying.

This experience taught me valuable lessons about the importance of aligning my career with my passions. Now, with a renewed sense of purpose, I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in management. This shift aims to enhance my professional skills, increase my employability, and reignite my love for the corporate world.

This journey is not just about earning a degree; it's about personal growth and rediscovering my professional identity. I'm determined to make the most of this opportunity and achieve academic success. I'm proud of my accomplishments to date, including passing the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP) exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI). These achievements have instilled in me the confidence and discipline necessary to succeed in this new chapter.

I'm excited to embrace the challenges and embrace this new phase of my life. This return to education is not just about getting a degree; it's about unlocking my full potential and pursuing a career that truly inspires me.
